As we close out Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Solace is ending October with two family‑friendly Halloween events that bring our mission into the community in fun, meaningful ways. We’d love to see you there.

## **🎃 Trunk or Treat — Indoors at Vern Eide Mitsubishi**

**Thursday, October 22**
**4:00–6:00 PM**
**4501 E Arrowhead Pkwy Ste 101, Sioux Falls**

Bring the kids, grab some candy, play games, and stop by our table to learn more about Solace’s services. This indoor Trunk or Treat is a great way to celebrate Halloween while supporting survivors in our community.

## **🕸️ Stampede Trick‑or‑Treat Night — Solace Is the Nonprofit of the Night**

**Friday, October 23**
**Game starts at 7:05 PM**
**Stampede vs. Omaha Lancers**

Before puck drop, kids can trick‑or‑treat throughout the concourse during the pre‑game festivities. Solace will be onsite as the featured nonprofit of the night. A perfect opportunity to enjoy a fun evening while helping raise awareness for DVAM.

Tickets on sale now! $5 from each will go to supporting Solace

## **Closing Out October With Community, Connection, and Courage**

These final October events are a reminder that awareness grows when communities show up, whether through conversation, connection, or even a little Halloween fun. We hope to see you this week as we round out Domestic Violence Awareness Month together.
