    • Bonfire (merchandise)

B. Client Records and PHI

Solace maintains client records—including therapy documentation, crisis call notes, advocacy encounters, and other PHI—in a secure electronic medical record (EMR) system.

These records:

    • Are not collected through the website
    • Are not covered by website data rights
    • Cannot be deleted upon request
    • Cannot be released without proper legal authorization
    • May require a court order depending on the type of record

This ensures compliance with federal and state confidentiality laws, mandated reporting requirements, and EMR retention policies.

Solace may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
